A pre-roll is a paper cone or tube packed with ground cannabis flower. Most are 0.5g or 1g; multipacks and infused versions (joint with kief, hash, or oil added) are common too.
It's the same thing, just rolled by the producer instead of by you. Same flower, same paper, same effect.
A pre-roll with concentrate added — usually kief, hash, or distillate. Hits much harder than a standard pre-roll. Worth knowing before you take a full one to the face.
